PRIVATE TRAINING. 

Private sessions are focused on consistently increasing clients’ physical performance and working towards their unique goals. A typical session includes:

  • Myofascial work

  • Mobility

  • Corrective work

  • Motor control and coordination

  • Dynamic movement

  • Muscular & core activation

  • Strength & power work

  • Conditioning

Additionally, my clients undergo movement analyses and overall fitness assessments at the onset of training. These screens equip me with the information I need to address movement imbalances, strengths and weaknesses, and current training level. Assessments also provide a baseline to reference as we train and progress. I consistently reevaluate clients in order to see how they are improving and what strategies work best for them. Doing so also makes it easy to keep clients in the loop with how they are progressing.

I also provide at-home programs for clients so that they feel confident in how they are training when on their own. Typically, this is their conditioning schedule, but may also include mobility work, stretches or gym workouts. I provide as much nutrition guidance as is wanted from each individual and hope to be able to provide as much support as I can in all things fitness related.
